COVID-19 VACCINATION & safety POLICY

In my ongoing effort to provide hands-on care in the safest environment possible, full primary-series COVID-19 vaccination is required of all clients. Please be prepared to show proof of vaccination upon request.

FACILITIES

I am located inside ME Fitness Studios at 4943 NE MLK Jr Blvd, Portland. Parking lot and entrance are at the back of the building.

Check-IN/ARRIVAL:

If your appointment is during studio business hours, you will be buzzed into the building when you arrive at the door. If you arrive early, please take a seat in the waiting area to your right.

HEALTH intake & WAIVER:

All new clients must complete a health intake and waiver online prior to their first appointment. This comes as a link in your email. If you don’t receive one or can’t locate it, please text or email a request for a duplicate. Completion at least 24 hours in advance is appreciated.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Kindly make every effort to give at least 24 hours advance notice of a need to cancel.

NO SHOWS:

No shows may be charged a service fee of $45 up to 100% of the missed appointment. If you have a gift certificate, the certificate may be devalued or rendered used at time of no-show. Late-cancellation past the start-time of the session is considered a no-show. After a no-show, advance payment will be required at the time of future bookings.

REFUNDS:

Except in rare cases, I do not issue refunds.

inappropriate conduct:

I offer Professional, Licensed Massage and Bodywork only. I take great pride in my accomplishments, my personal integrity, and my ongoing educational pursuits and leadership in this field. I have ZERO tolerance for sexual harassment or solicitation. Boundary violation will result in the session being abruptly ended, full-payment being required, and inability to rebook with the practice—no exceptions.
